At Double RB Property Investments, community involvement is more than a sideline activity — it is a core part of our identity. Through Double RB Property Cares, we proudly support programs and organizations that help people remove barriers, gain confidence, and build brighter futures across Canada.

Many people grow up hearing what they “cannot” do. They are told success is not for them. They may lack mentorship, access to resources, or financial education. We believe that when communities work together to lift people up, outcomes change — for individuals, families, and future generations.

Supporting K of C Coats for Kids

Coats for KidsOne of the key programs we support is the Knights of Columbus (K of C) Coats for Kids initiative.

Winter can be especially difficult for families already facing financial stress. A warm coat may seem small, but for a child, it represents:

  • warmth
  • belonging
  • participation without embarrassment

By helping supply winter coats to children in Victoria and surrounding communities, Coats for Kids ensures that no child is left out of school activities or outdoor play because they are cold or inadequately dressed. We are proud to support this initiative and the dignity it provides.

SPHHF-Proud-supporter-H-ColourSupporting The Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation 

The Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation has been fundraising to support Saanich Peninsula Hospital, and healthcare on the Saanich Peninsula, for nearly 40 years. Thanks to the generosity of donors, corporate sponsors, and an extremely engaged community, we have been able to fund equipment purchases, renovations, and the education of staff, keeping SPH up-to-date and ready to meet each new challenge and evolution of healthcare as it comes.
